We maintain full confidence in the engineering and build quality of our StopWatt system. If our hardware does not adequately address the power monitoring and management needs of your home network, we provide a structured device return policy.
Customers have exactly 60 days from the day their order arrives to request a financial return. To remain eligible for a refund, the unit must be in perfect mechanical condition and returned inside its complete original product packaging.

Our team will issue a dedicated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking code along with standard shipping guidelines. Packages returned to our warehouse without an authorized RMA identifier cannot be processed by our logistics team.
After our warehouse evaluation team checks and approves the returned unit, we will send an email confirmation. Validated returns are applied directly to your initial payment method. Please note that credit companies usually require 5 to 10 business days to clear the funds on your account.
The consumer handles all return shipping fees necessary to send the physical equipment back to our center. All original logistics fees collected during the checkout process are entirely non-refundable.
